Our $50/month hosting plan is billed monthly and continues until canceled. You may cancel at any time; charges already made are non-refundable. We reserve the right to suspend service for non-payment.

4. Client Responsibilities

Ensure you have rights to all materials you supply (text, images, logos).
Use our services in compliance with applicable laws.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the final website content and design delivered to you. We retain ownership of underlying frameworks, code libraries, and tools used to build it. We may showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

6. Payment

All fees are due as outlined in your proposal or invoice. Late payments may incur fees and may result in suspension or termination of services.

7. Warranties & Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet specific business outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PVWebmasters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. You remain responsible for fees incurred prior to termination.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
